LOAJ begins preparations six months ahead of the publishing date. The earliest submitted articles are highest on the list for publication. Do not hesitate to submit your unpublished article earlier than the deadline. The Editorial review protocol assists authors to bring their articles to an even higher level; time is needed for this process to unfold.
- Each issue seeks to publish a major article related to the theme and additional articles supporting other aspects related to that theme.
- Each issue seeks to publish an article on herbs, a case study, ayurvedic research, and personal witness of ayurvedic healing.
- Each issue contains an Ayurvedic Cooking Column. Each year a new author will be chosen for this column. Please advise us if you are interested in working on the column.
- Educational articles on the basics of Ayurveda may be included in any issue, as space permits.
- New columns may be instituted over time and we are open to ideas from those who would like to write a column.
- Kindly use the LOAJ Manuscript Guidelines when preparing your article. Proper citations are necessary for publication.
